More Than Remote Work
Marcson at Home started as a vision to help everyday people create flexibility and independence through remote work opportunities. What began as a small operation eventually grew into a support-driven business helping contractors understand the remote workforce process clearly.
Over the years, we’ve remained focused on helping people prepare professionally, avoid confusion, and feel supported from their first question to their first day servicing.

Meet Marcus Johnson
Marcus Johnson founded Marcson at Home in 2011 because he saw the need for real, flexible work opportunities that could fit around real-life responsibilities.
His goal has always been to create more than just access to remote opportunities. He wanted to build a system that gives people guidance, structure, and support so they are not left trying to figure everything out alone.
Today, Marcus remains hands-on in the business by supporting onboarding, improving the candidate process, communicating expectations clearly, and helping contractors understand each step from application to servicing.
